The data controller is ARTHUR ENGLISH KIDS CLUB SRL, tax ID (CUI) 38500992, registered at 30 Dr. Constantin Severeanu Street, 1st floor, Sector 5, Bucharest, Romania. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on 0730 405 733, or at the club’s address.

• Through the form on this site: your name, a phone number or email address and, if you choose, your child’s age or school year.
• On WhatsApp or by phone: whatever details you choose to share with us.
• Technical data: the site’s hosting provider may log your IP address and browser type for security and operation. We also use the IP address to limit automated form submissions.
• Data on how the site is used, through Google Analytics, only with your consent.

• To reply to you and arrange the free assessment: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect the site from spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Statistics on how the site is used: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

We keep form details for as long as we need to reply and arrange the assessment. If you don’t enrol your child, we delete them within 12 months at most. If you do, the details fall under the enrolment contract.

• Meta (WhatsApp), if you message us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s terms.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, for example in the United States. In those cases transfers rely on safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

The form is for parents. We don’t collect data directly from children; about the child we only ask, optionally, for their age or school year, to know which group might suit them.

The site uses no advertising cookies. Google Analytics only loads if you press “Accept”, and your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. The Google map only loads when you click on it.

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to its processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. For any of these, contact us on 0730 405 733. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro). The Romanian version of this policy is the reference version.
